Among the planned actions is the installation of surveillance cameras at the ten busiest crosses, as well as the creation of an operations coordination center similar to that used during Holy Week. In addition, specific safety and mobility plans will be established for the crosses with the highest attendance, noise levels will be reduced after a certain hour, and closing time limits will be imposed.
These measures are expected to not only address the existing problems but also deter excessive drinking and foster a more controlled and safe festive environment. The organizing entities of the Crosses will have to take on a series of responsibilities, such as reducing noise levels and collaborating on crowd control, with the aid of a mobile computer system.
