The National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences has submitted the final report on the biological samples of Lucca, the four-year-old boy who died in Garrucha (AlmerÃa), to the court. The results of the new toxicological analysis have ruled out the presence of biological remains that could point to sexual assault. These data drastically change the course of the case, as from the very beginning, the presumed rape of the minor was attributed to Juan David R.C., the mother's partner. Both are in prison, accused of murder and ongoing mistreatment.
