Social Security offers home seekers new attractive options, such as an auction where a property is sold for less than 6,000 euros, and several urban plots will soon come to market for less than 20,000 euros. To participate, identification via ID card is required and a deposit of 25% of the initial price. The property will be assigned to the highest offer.
The Community of Madrid has released 69,487 m² of land for housing in Latina and Carabanchel. In the Ensanche de Vallecas, El Cañaveral, Los Berrocales, or Los Ahijones, there are new properties with prices ranging from 220,000 euros to over half a million, while Barcelona has attractive offers. Additionally, to access certain benefits, such as assistance for the birth or adoption of children, income requirements must be met according to the number of members in the family.
Social Security offers assistance of 1,000 euros directed towards certain family groups to alleviate the costs of the birth or adoption of a child. Information is also provided about property auctions in different parts of Spain at competitive prices, such as a home in Madrid, with an appraised value of less than 5,000 euros.
To receive assistance for the birth or adoption of children, the birth or adoption must have occurred from November 16, 2007, onwards. The benefit is compatible with other aids, such as economic allowances per child or orphan pensions. Applicants must belong to specific groups, such as large families, single-parent families, or parents with a disability of 65% or higher. Additionally, this benefit is subject to annual income limits for the family unit.
