Raúl Asencio, one of the goal scorers, admitted that the team needed to react after their recent elimination from the Copa del Rey against Albacete. "It was a very important day in front of our fans. It's very important to me, and I hope it lasts for a long time," concluded the Real Madrid youth player. "Thanks to that, we found the solution," he said in statements to Real Madrid TV. The striker scored again at the Santiago Bernabéu for the second consecutive match and celebrated the support of the crowd. "I'm starting to get the hang of it," he joked before thanking the affection of the Madridismo. Along with Gonzalo García, Raúl Asencio was one of the few players chanted by the fans. "In Albacete, something that shouldn't have happened occurred, and we felt we were in debt," admitted the youth player, who highlighted the improvement shown in the second half, after a first half marked by whistles from the stands of the Bernabéu. As Asencio explained, a collective conversation in the dressing room was key to changing the course of the match. "I feel that warmth inside the stadium and also on the street. It's important to talk things through with everyone, listen to the manager and his advice."
