Mozilla has released an update for Firefox that allows users to access Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots such as Gemini, Hugging Chat, or ChatGPT directly from the sidebar of the browser. The tech company began testing this feature in June of last year.
This new feature makes it easy for users to interact with different AI chatbots without needing to leave the browser window. To access them, simply click on the corresponding shortcut in the Firefox sidebar.
In this regard, a Mozilla representative stated: "We are excited to offer this new functionality to Firefox users, which will allow them to leverage AI technology in a more accessible and convenient way."
In addition to the mentioned chatbots, access to Le Chat Mistral is also included from the browser’s sidebar, thus expanding the options available for users who wish to utilize this AI tool. With this update, Mozilla aims to continue improving the user experience by integrating new functionalities that facilitate the use of emerging technologies like AI in their browser.
