American actor Johnny Depp has donated €65,000 to a music school in Massanassa, which was damaged by the 'dana' flood in Valencia. The donation will be used to repair the premises, as Depp shows his support for the Spanish people.

American actor Johnny Depp has made a charitable gesture to those affected by the 'dana' flood in Valencia, on the first anniversary of the tragic event. The iconic 'Captain Jack Sparrow' has donated 65,000 euros to the Centre Instructiu i Musical (CIM) in Massanassa, a music school that suffered severe damage on October 29, 2024. Thanks to the intermediary Juan Luis Hortelano, the philanthropic organization led by Depp learned about the music school's situation. The funds are intended to repair the ground floor, which the school acquired after the flood completely destroyed their old premises. The music center's social media has been filled with grateful comments from the renowned actor of Pirates of the Caribbean for this altruistic donation, which was delivered after months of management. Furthermore, during a press conference in Seville, he had already publicly shown his support for the victims of the 'dana' and reiterated his admiration for the resilience of the Spanish people.
