Two of the biggest and most followed phenomena of the last decade, 'Emily in Paris' and 'Stranger Things', reign in a December TV grid marked by Christmas. The premiere of the fifth season of the iconic series managed to crash Netflix's servers, and no less is expected from the new releases. 'Accidente' (Netflix, December 10) The Mexican series 'Accidente', directed by Klych López and Gracia Querejeta and written by Leonardo Padrón, kicks off its second suspense installment after garnering millions of followers worldwide. A series, where the actor himself is a writer, in which there are no endearing mishaps and Christmas adventures. 'Jabaekui Daega' (Netflix, December 5) Two of Korea's most popular actresses share the lead in 'The Price of a Confession', a suspense thriller that follows Yun-su, a woman accused of killing her husband, and Mo Eun, a mysterious woman who offers her a deal to continue her life. The series reveals new secrets and characters after the tragedy that affected four families, in which they must choose between redemption and revenge to move on with their lives. Somewhere between 'Breaking Bad' and 'The Bear', the series delves into an action-packed thriller that combines high cuisine, organized crime, and family drama. The protagonist will face new professional and romantic challenges with Marcello - Italian actor Eugenio Franceschini - in a series of challenges where much of the main cast returns. 'The Abandons' (Netflix, December 4) Two families from different social classes, led by their matriarchs - Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson - fight for supremacy in a land without law. Three new episodes will arrive on December 25, and the finale will be on December 31. The fifth season of 'Stranger Things' transports the series' followers to the fall of 1987, with the delicate situation in Hawkins due to the opening of new 'interdimensional rifts'. Meanwhile, the government confines the town and searches for Eleven, and the gang of local heroes unite to find and kill 'Vecna'. This thrilling 'western', signed by Kurt Sutter - 'Sons of Anarchy' -, set in 1854, evokes the American struggle between the rich and the poor, in a place beyond the reach of justice. Based on the second book in Rick Riordan's 'Percy Jackson' collection, the second season of this popular series follows the son of Poseidon on his nautical journey with his friends Grover (Aryan Simhadri) and Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) to thwart Luke's (Charlie Bushnell) and the titan Cronus's attempts to conquer Olympus. 'Fallout' (Amazon Prime, December 17) The second installment of the acclaimed video game series 'Fallout' arrives on Amazon Prime with the collaboration of Bethesda and Christopher Nolan as executive producer. The plot, set two hundred years after the nuclear apocalypse, resumes the story where it left off to take the viewer on a journey through the Mojave wasteland to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas. 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' (Disney+, December 10) Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell) is about to set sail for the Sea of Monsters. 'Emily in Paris' (Netflix, December 18) Emily Cooper - Lily Collins - left Paris in the last episodes of the previous season to embark on Italian adventures, and that's where the series continues. 'Man vs Baby', (Netflix, December 11) Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) plays Trevor, who was looking forward to a quiet Christmas in a luxurious penthouse, but finds himself with a small and unexpected company. 'Reykjavik Fusion' (AMC+, December 10) Ólafur Darri Ólafsson - 'The Severance' - plays a prestigious chef who is forced to accept money from drug trafficking when he gets out of prison to set up his new restaurant.
