A source close to young Egyptian Al-Ahli player Bilal Atiya has revealed the latest developments in his potential transfer to Spanish Racing Santander. The club had previously shown interest in signing him during the recent period. In the event that the player remains in the second division, the club will pay Al-Ahli 325,000 euros. According to Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper, Spanish Racing Santander, the leader of the second division, has submitted an official offer to sign Al-Ahli player Bilal Atiya. The offer is for a long-term loan with an option to buy. An agreement has also been reached with the player. If Racing Santander is promoted to the Spanish La Liga, the Spanish club will pay Al-Ahli 550,000 euros.
