According to the report, the midfield maestro wants to draw a line on his career after winning six titles in nine years and wishes to retire at Barcelona. Marca states that the Portuguese star's salary of 300,000 pounds per week could be an obstacle to his move to the financially struggling Barcelona, even if he wins La Liga for a second time. It is noted that Silva may move to Saudi Arabia, where his compatriots Cristiano Ronaldo and Ruben Neves play, or perhaps nostalgia will lead him back to his first club, Benfica.
