Televisa's correspondent in Spain, Alberto Peláez, was hospitalized urgently due to stomach problems that required surgery to remove some diverticula that had been bothering him for more than 15 years. Peláez shared the news through his social media before being taken to the operating room.

Although his situation was not as critical as that of journalist André Marín, who passed away after facing similar health complications, the surgery was urgent given the intense discomfort that Peláez was suffering in his stomach.
