On the other hand, Fernando Lominchar's team could barely show any resistance, limiting themselves to defense without taking a shot on goal in the 90 minutes of the match.

Regarding the game development, CD Toledo dominated possession in the first half, although opportunities took time to arrive. Mazzocchi's goal in the 45th minute, after a loose ball in the area, made the difference before halftime. The referee of the match was González del Campo López-Menchero.

The atmosphere before the match promised an intense clash, with CD Villacañas arriving backed by shared leadership and the support of around 400 fans. As for the lineup, CD Toledo featured Dani Simón in goal, while CD Villacañas had Manu Lucas as the goalkeeper.
