
Formula 1: The Emirati team is competing in the tournament in honor of the International Stage of the Autosport
The UAE Motorsport team is participating in the International Automobile Federation championships, which start today and will continue until October 27 in the Spanish city of Valencia. In the tournament, called the "Nations' Cup", over 1000 drivers from 85 countries will compete.
The composition of the Emirati delegation consists of 26 participants, including eight sportsmen and technical personnel. The team from the UAE will compete in six different categories, including Saeed Al Ameri in the GT Sprint class. Al Ameri is the most experienced international driver on the team, having impressive results in the GT championships in the Middle East, as well as participating in various races in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as well as in Cuba, Porsche in Imola, Italy.
Rookie Fares Haroun, winner of the karting tournament in Dubai, will compete in the junior drivers category. In the karting category for endurance races, both men and women will compete, including Hamad Al Ketbi, Ahmad Al Hamadi, and Rawda Al Nuaimi, who will take turns behind the karting steering wheel during the 6-hour race.
Ghanem Al Mazroui and Issa Al Maraei will represent UAE Motorsport in the cyber sports races in Formula 4 and GT after winning in the qualifying stages of electronic competitions, which will last for two months. Hazza Al Hasani will participate in drift competitions.
