On Monday, the Minister of Economy of Spain, Carlos Cuinre, stated that the European Union should remain united in response to global challenges affecting the world arena.
Cuinre noted that "We have problems with recovery and simultaneous work on the global arena. Problems with access to raw material resources and recovering key components" and announced that the EU must remain united in order to successfully address these issues.
"We are obliged to be more competitive, ambitious, and flexible and focus on our production. No one will miss our strong side if we remain united and recognizable," he added.
