Atreseries Internacional unveils new content for its international audience. The new lineup of Spanish content will begin airing in January, featuring stories of extreme love, moral dilemmas, and dystopian futures.
The six-episode series "La pasión turca" narrates an intense love story across two timelines between a Spanish professor and her Turkish lover. Following its strategy of a major premiere each month, Atresmedia Internacional will present stories ranging from historical drama to dystopian thriller, starring actors like Maggie Civantos, Darío Grandinetti, and Adriana Ugarte.
Premieres in the first quarter
Programming kicks off on January 4 with the premiere of "La pasión turca," an adaptation of an Antonio Gala play starring Maggie Civantos and Ilker Kaleli. On February 15, "Beguinas" will air, a fiction inspired by 13th-century communities of women seeking independence from marriage and the Church, starring Amaia Aberasturi and Yon González. For March 16, the network has scheduled the premiere of "Honor," a thriller starring Darío Grandinetti.
With Adriana Ugarte, Cosette Silguero, and María León, the plot intensely tackles themes like child abandonment and the search for identity over 13 episodes. Finally, on May 11, "Santuario," a dystopian thriller produced in collaboration with Álex de la Iglesia (Pokeepsie Films), will be released. With this catalog of Spanish series, Atreseries Internacional reaffirms its commitment to bringing high-quality and diverse content to its global audience.
