VLA Music Entertainment's executive director has announced new rules for all musical projects involving Yemil. Starting January 1, 2026, any song or project featuring Yemil—as a main artist, guest, collaborator, or composer—must be pre-notified to the label. The goal is to ensure the proper legal and administrative registration of each work. The notice states that in case of non-compliance, projects will be considered unauthorized, and the label will issue formal takedown requests for digital platforms, YouTube, social media, and streaming services until the legal situation is resolved. This new rule is signed by Yemil's legal representative, Adrián Dimelo. It is recalled that Yemil is currently serving a sentence in a correctional facility.
