
Yesterday, in the white dwelling of the elderly in Viñafranca de Bonanza, in northern Spain, a fire broke out in the home of the elderly, resulting in the death of 10 people. According to the words of the representative of the authorities, the fire started in the morning in the elderly home Gardenias de Viñafranca, and took several hours to extinguish.
He also noted that one of the victims is in critical condition, while others receive basic medical assistance due to smoke inhalation. The fire originated from the province of Zaragoza, which is located 35 kilometers from the place of occurrence, and the fire was successfully extinguished.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and an inquiry is underway. According to the regional government of Aragon, it is not yet clarified whether all the victims were residents of the elderly home, where 82 elderly people live.
