The municipal governments of Chiloeches, Loranca, Pioz, Yebes, and Pozo de Guadalajara have held a second meeting to address the creation of a security community to tackle the hiring of municipal police. The project aims to improve the quality of life for the residents of their municipalities by increasing security sustainably and in line with the regional spirit of shared services that would make it feasible, facing the hiring of several agents and the purchase of necessary materials, as reported by the Pozo de Guadalajara City Council in a press release.
This is the second meeting held by these neighboring municipalities that are well-connected to each other. "It is an intelligent and sustainable way to handle a beneficial expense for the population, but that would be unsustainable if done separately," stated Teodoro Baldominos, mayor of Pozo de Guadalajara. The project involves collaboration between the municipal agents and the Horche barracks of the Civil Guard.
