Nine days after ending their relationship, the accused sent a message to his ex-partner through Instagram, intending to intimidate her, which caused feelings of unease and fear in the woman. On January 5, 2023, the man continued sending messages through this social network and, later, upon encountering her in person, threatened her by saying: 'In the village, you're already dead.'
The Prosecutor's Office has requested two years in prison for L.S.T. for two crimes related to gender violence, accusing him of threatening and coercing his ex-partner in Toledo. The case will be tried next week by the Second Section of the Provincial Court of Toledo.
According to the accusation, after ending the relationship, the accused insulted his ex-partner intending to humiliate her. On December 30, 2022, in a warehouse in the city, the man grabbed the woman by the neck and attempted to force her to have sexual relations, failing to achieve his objective.
