The payments for overtime hours corresponding to the months of October, November, and December of last year will finally be made next week to the staff of the Hospital Complex.
According to a communication from the hospital management, this delay in payments was due to administrative adjustments and the need to comply with certain internal processes. Despite the difficulties, it was assured that the payment for the accumulated overtime hours will be made in full and retroactively.
"We recognize the effort and dedication of our staff, especially during the last months of last year, and we are committed to ensuring that they receive the appropriate compensation for the additional hours worked," mentioned the representative of the Hospital Complex.
This news is expected to be received positively by the employees, who have patiently awaited the cancellation of this additional benefit for the extra work done.
