Starting from January 1, 2025, retirees must be at least 66 years and 8 months old, continuing the plan to gradually increase the retirement age to 67. However, there are situations where these conditions do not need to be met to qualify for benefits, such as in cases of jobs considered arduous.
Individuals who have worked in special professions such as artists, mutualists, firefighters, Ertzaintzas, or bullfighters can also receive 100% of the regulatory base by meeting the relevant requirements.
