Unicaja has decided to eliminate bank fees for its Planes Cero customers who meet certain linking requirements. These customers will not have to pay for the maintenance or management of their accounts or for 'online' transfers. Additionally, they could benefit from a refund, during the first year, of up to 120 euros for purchases made with personal credit cards.
As part of these measures, Unicaja has improved its bonus campaign by offering up to 620 euros net during the first year to those customers who, in addition to meeting the aforementioned requirements, make purchases with credit cards or through Bizum and set up direct debits. The campaign is aimed at both non-customers and those who, being customers, have not had these rewards set up in the last 12 months.
The bonus includes an incentive of 400 euros for salaries or pensions of at least 2,000 euros net per month, and 150 euros net for incomes between 800 and less than 2,000 euros. In addition, purchases made through Bizum are included, and a 1% refund of the amount of the direct debited bills is contemplated, with a maximum of 100 euros per year for 12 months.
Additionally, for six months, customers will not have to face maintenance or account management fees, credit card fees, or for making online and immediate SEPA transfers. They will also benefit for free from the Uni Seguro Plan, Bizum, and Digital Banking, with more than 14,000 ATMs for commission-free debit cash withdrawals.
As part of its strategy to increase its customer base, Unicaja, like other financial entities, offers various promotions, such as those aimed at rewarding the direct debit of salaries or pensions.
