Morena Deputy Caught at Sevilla Bullfight

Morena deputy, Pedro Haces Barba, was seen at the Feria de Sevilla in Spain, attending a bullfight, standing out in the front row with an elegant white suit. This happened shortly after the National Council of Morena established new behavioral guidelines for public servants of the party, urging them to live in austerity and abstain from luxury.

Among these guidelines, the use of armored vehicles and helicopters by public servants is prohibited. The importance of preaching humility and honesty is emphasized, avoiding the use of brand-name clothing, luxurious cars, and attending ostentatious restaurants. Additionally, the independence of power was highlighted, with a prohibition on receiving resources from private agents.

The principle of non-influence peddling, sectarianism, and submission to power groups was established, avoiding the intervention of factual powers in decisions and solely supporting the interests of the movement. On the other hand, respect and equality among the membership is promoted, establishing institutional mechanisms to avoid public conflicts among peers.

Regarding campaign organization, a grassroots approach is urged, house by house, convincing the people without wasting economic resources. In another context, it is noted that recently bullfighting was banned in Mexico City, joining other entities like Sonora, Guerrero, Coahuila, Quintana Roo, and Sinaloa in this measure, even though Aguascalientes has decided to preserve bullfighting, declaring it a cultural heritage of the entity.
