The head of the Valencia region in Spain, Carlos Mazon, provided detailed information about his activities during the state of alarm in October.
"We did everything we could," Mazon told journalists, noting that the regional government acted in full cooperation with the plans for responding to emergency situations.
He also emphasized that all necessary measures were taken to ensure the safety of the residents of the region and the required level of aid was provided to those in need.
