
The Civil Guard of the Command of Guadalajara arrested a person in Uceda as a presumed author of a crime against public health for drug trafficking. At the time of the arrest, the person was transporting one kilogram of marijuana.
The arrest took place around 12:00 p.m. last Thursday by a patrol from the Civil Guard's Citizen Security Service in Uceda. The patrol was conducting surveillance to maintain public safety in the 'Caraquiz' urbanization, according to information provided by the Civil Guard in a press release.
At the time of the identification, it was found that the person was carrying a messenger bag that contained 12 small transparent zip-lock bags with hashish prepared for sale, in addition to coins and bills of various values.
The individual was taken, along with their vehicle, to the Civil Guard facilities in Uceda, where they were detained for a presumed crime against public health for drug trafficking. The individual is a 47-year-old male, Spanish, residing in the Community of Madrid, who was presented before the judicial authorities on Friday morning.
